D140 vehicle locks

D140

The D140 is a replacement lock with a large body and will fit most current cars and vans. It incorporates a multi hole plate to accommodate the vehicles own rod mechanism. It has a radial type key that has 5,000 key differs. The lock is drill resistant and can be keyed alike to D120 / D125 etc.. It comes as a boxed pair. Be sure to state the exact model of vehicle and the year of manufacture when ordering, as some vehicles require an additional fitting. This is an ideal replacement for Chubb and Tibbe locks. 


 

Example of some popular FORD vehicles that the D140 will fit:  Escort August 1987 onwards, Fiesta August 1989 onwards, Sierra, Orion, Saphire, Granada, Transit replaces Chubb 1986-1990, Tibbe September 1990 side & rear doors. Full list of other vehicles this lock will fit upon request.
